Teun works at Efteling theme park and is assigned to take care of Jamie, the daughter of park director Indra. When security guard Cor is attacked one night by a ghost with a flaming sword, Teun and Jamie become embroiled in a mystery. Who or what is this ghost, and what is it doing at Efteling?

Limburg, 1760. The empress of Austria reigns the land and force heavy taxes on the peasants. Many people normally working the land see no other choice but to work in the dangerous mines.
